The decision is on Judge Leons Desk......it should anytime now that it is read. This decision will decide the future of the electronic cigarette in the US. Will post as soon as it's read. Keep your fingers crossed..... Shocked

Me too. What kind of a run on supplies will happen if it goes south? It'll be like a grocery store before a hurricane.

IMO SE doesn't have much chance of winning this case. Now, the big question is what does that mean for ecigs? In the near future I don't think it changes anything but long term it will lead to regulation on ecigs. My opinion is by the end of 1st qtr 2010 we'll see some sort of regulation that will shut down over 90% of ecig internet businesses. I'm sure I'll get bashed for sharing my. Opinion, just keep in mind that's all it is and I base my opinions on facts I'm seeing and hearing and formulate my own point of view. Just sharing so be easy on me.

Lol, nobody is gonna dog you for sharing your opinion, man!

But I kind of agree with you.. If we had someone fighting on our side that knew their shit though, I think there would be a good chance.. Most judges aren't biased, so when it comes to it someone convincing the judge that they are good is really all that's needed..

Anyone willing to step up? Razz

Well we have the ECA and Matt Salmon looks like a pretty savvy guy. What we need is all vapors talking with everyone they can, smokers and nonsmokers alike, about what Ecigs have done for you. I know all the people in my life that were cracking on me to quit smoking are really proud that I have. We need to make sure they know what made that possible. So I love talking with people about Ecigs, and we should all make sure that everyone gets the word.

In the case of an internet sales ban, would that also effect the sales of hardware? I might be able to get by with making no nic juice, but after the hardware fails....

Also, do you think they could actually ban the sales on juice/hardware on the internet? E-cigs are legal in some Euro countries, and the internet isn't America's.
